1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on pk1497 or by accessing any page of the pk1497 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of pk1497 after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the pk1497 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful. Pakistani users are individually responsible for verifying the legality of online gaming in their province or local area.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or playing.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from pk1497 or any other gambling platform as part of a self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be an employee, director, or associate of pk1497, or a close family member of such a person, unless written permission has been granted.

pk1497 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any time. Where verification cannot be completed to pk1497's satisfaction, access to the platform and processing of withdrawals may be suspended pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on pk1497. Opening multiple accounts, including through the use of different email addresses or mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and any associated balances or bonuses may be forfeited.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. You must promptly update your account details in the event of any change. pk1497 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information supplied at registration or during use of the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify pk1497 support immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pk1497 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply:

• Accepted payment methods include: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 via JazzCash or Easypaisa; Rs 500 via bank transfer methods.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• pk1497 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification prior to processing. pk1497 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time.
• pk1497 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• VIP Gold and Platinum tier members benefit from elevated daily transaction limits and expedited withdrawal processing.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pk1497 are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions communicated at the point of offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account balance following deposit and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. Real-money funds deposited in excess of any required deposit are not subject to wagering requirements.
• pk1497 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional mechanisms, or in breach of these Terms will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• A maximum withdrawal cap may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds. Specific caps are communicated in the individual offer terms.
• Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at any time. Claiming multiple simultaneous welcome offers is prohibited.

6. Game Rules & Betting

All games on pk1497 operate according to the specific rules published within each game interface. It is the player's responsibility to review and understand the rules of any game before participating. pk1497 is not responsible for player losses arising from a failure to read or understand game rules.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or interruption during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided or settled according to the state of the game at the time of interruption, at pk1497's discretion. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

pk1497 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error. Bets will not be accepted from accounts believed to be compromised or acting in bad faith.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk1497 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (bonus abuse via duplicate registration).
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors or game vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform for unlawful financial transactions.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by local law.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk1497 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, game interfaces, software, text, and design elements — is the property of pk1497 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pk1497 content without prior written authorisation.

9. Privacy & Data

pk1497 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pk1497 does not sell personal data to third parties and uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data in transit.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk1497 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical faults, service interruptions, or decisions made based on information provided on the platform.

pk1497 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency outages may occur. pk1497 will endeavour to notify players in advance of planned downtime where practicable.

11. Responsible Gaming

pk1497 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits.
• Session time limits — automatic session end after a configured duration.
• Reality checks — periodic in-session reminders of time and amount wagered.
• Cool-off periods — temporary account suspension from 24 hours to six weeks.
• Self-exclusion — permanent account closure. Processed immediately on request. Contact support to initiate.

12. Amendments to These Terms

13. Governing Law & Disputes

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
